The apartment was new near to Yen Minh for the night and a lake, that's what we were expecting. Without doubt the location was great in mountains

The rooms are spacious and spotless, with large comfortable beds and fresh-smelling sheets. The friendly and helpful family provides excellent service and even goes the extra mile to help guests, like taking them to get pizza. The delicious homemade dinners are a real treat, with a wide variety of options. Plus, they offer a big TV with Netflix for entertainment.

There is a slight inconvenience as the private rooms cannot be locked.

Had a great time at this homestay! The location was amazing, right next to a beautiful lake. Loved the pancakes and eggs for breakfast, and the option for a family-style dinner in the evening was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was convenient to have mosquito nets available. a great place for solo travelers or group of friends looking for a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

There were a few downsides to our stay. there was no real Vietnamese coffee available, only instant, which was a bit disappointing.

Great value for money, with a spacious and clean double room complete with a comfortable bed and mosquito-net. The homestay is situated on a quiet hill, perfect for a restful stay after a day on the Ha Giang motorcycle loop. The staff, especially the friendly and professional host Tom, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect.

One small improvement for breakfast would be to include the cost of coffee in the overall price, as it was charged separately and caught us off guard.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy homestay in a scenic location. The rooms were spacious and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even taking us on a personal tour to find delicious takeaway pizza. The breakfast was delicious and the family dinner was a highlight of our stay. Despite a small hitch with not being able to lock our private room, we felt safe and well taken care of. we highly recommend this homestay for a memorable experience in this beautiful area.

We had a fantastic stay at Tom Homestay! Tom, the host, was exceptional. He was charismatic, accommodating, and spoke great English. The communal dinner cooked by his mom was delicious, and we got to learn about the local culture. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home. Definitely recommend staying here!
